Maciej Pietrzykowski, PhD

CEO of the Company, researcher, senior consultant and trainer, academic teacher at Poznan University of Economics and Business, Department of International Competitiveness. He is a lecturer in the areas of project management, structural funds, international economics, economic policy, EU economy. Certified project manager in Prince 2 methodology (Practitioner level) He has made a remarkable contribution to the regional and local development in Poland in the context of European integration and international economics, because as a researcher, he has taken part in several scientific research concerns local enterprise and entrepreneurship, local
development and regional planning.  As a Consultant and Expert has taken a part in preparation of dozens Strategies for municipalities, feasibility studies, Financial Plans, and numerous other documents. Advisor and sectoral expert at Association of Polish Cities.  Former Economic Expert at Chancellary of the President of the Republic of Poland (2015). Grant Holder and Project Co-ordinator of many international projects from Leonardo da Vinci,
Erasmus + Programmes. Director of TISE Transition, Innovation and Sustainaibility Environments - Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree Program at Poznań University of Economics and Business. As a senior consultant he is deeply involved in preparation and implementation of project financed different EU programmes in cooperation with various international and Polish partners. Therefore, he has remarkable experiences from EU projects.

Radosław Szarleja

Senior Consultant, trainer, mentor, President of NGOs „Partners for Local Government” Foundation, Postgraduate Studies MBA (Nottingham Trent University diploma) and Postgraduate European’s Local Government Studies. Author and co-author of about 200 projects, development strategies for local governments, plans for local development etc. Trainer of strategic and financial management, project management, quality management, ethics and anticorruption areas and solicitation of EU funds, trainings in Poland and also abroad (Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia and Croatia). Participant of training projects, f.e Transparent Poland program, for Civil Service Corp and for high and medium level management in national administration.

Justyna Pietrzykowska

Co-owner of the company, economist (graduated at Poznan University of Economics and Business). Advisor/Expert of cities and partnerships by the Association of Polish Cities. Consultant and trainer for strategic and financial management, cooperating with the Foundation "Partners for Local-Government". Specialist (Senior Relationship Manager CTB) in corporate banking, in the area of structuring transactions and financial assembly for large companies and local government units.  Design Thinking Certified Moderator. Alumni of Postgraduate studies in Management Psychology (WSB Academy) and holder of a certificate in Coaching and Mentoring (Franklin University).

Paweł Farfał 

Interim Manager; Leader; Business Consultant, with over twenty-five years of experience in sales management in the largest global IT corporations. He has managed sales teams in Global Services and Managed Operations business lines in international organizations; responsible for the markets of Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and India. Associated with the brands: IBM, Xerox, ACS, introduced modern management strategies in Poland, co-founder of the Outsourcing Institute. Familiar with multicultural business environment. A certified Project Manager PRINCE2® Practitioner. Expert in: improvement and reorganization of sales management and customer retention systems, improving internal business processes, building, planning and implementing a sales strategy,  advising clients in implementing IT systems supporting enterprise management (ERP/CRM).
