3rd Transnational Meeting

On March 30 and 31 2023, the IDEA partners met in Ancona, Italy, hosted by Universitá Politecnica delle Marche.

Mobility in Avellino

From the 6th till the 10st of February 2023, partnership experts participated in the first LTTA in Avellino, Italy, tha was hosted by CONFORM.

2nd Transnational Meeting

On the 20th and 21st of October 2022, the partnership had a second transnational meeting for the I.D.E.A. project. The meeting was held in Athens, Greece, hosted by Hellenic American Union.

Focus groups

Our focus groups focus group involve 3 different types of participants:
• Internal trainers from the partner organizations, to analyze the state of the art of the training offer and to incorporate the strengths and areas for improvement to equip workers with international, digital business management skills
• Representatives of SMEs (business owners, general managers, top executives who are involved in the internationalization processes of the company) to ascertain the need for skills typical of digital internationalization processes
• SME workers (preferably high-ranked managers from the company departments that are involved in the company internationalization processes), to identify the level of possession and exercise of the target skills and the needs not adequately met by the training offer

Kick-off Ljubljana

20-21 June 2022

Official kick-off was held in Ljubljana in June 2022. Well begun is half done!

WHY THE PROJECT
The project aims to enhance, for the benefit of the corporate population of SMEs, in the territorial contexts of reference of the transnational partners,
the valuable skills and knowledge of digital cross-cultural international business management.

OBJECTIVES
To increase the digital, international business management skills of 80 workers of SMEs in Slovenia, Poland, Italy, Spain and Greece;
To align a group of trainers in two international mobilities;
To co-elaborate a European, blended training supply in line with the needs of workers to improve their opportunities in the globalized economy;
To pilot the training course with 80 workers from European SMEs involved in the partnership.
